Southern Swiss Dairy is the label of milk from the Franks’ family dairy located in southern Burke County, milking Georgia’s only Brown Swiss cattle. This milk is then processed soon after milking by low vat pasteurization and is non-homogenized in various products including whole, 2%, skim, half and half, heavy cream, chocolate, and buttermilk. Ice cream and butter is also made.
