B&G Honey Farm is an family run operation that really began when I was a kid in the 1940’s at that time my Dad had about 50 bee hives.In 1989 we got our first hive then two and six and before long we were running 450 hives.Our hives are moved whenever there’s a need for pollination of crops and follow the nectar flow .Today we have about 100 bee hives which is in a constant battle due to CCD, mites, small hive beetles and wax moths.We do not use any chemicals with our bees but follow a natural maintenance program.Our bees range from the Ogeechee River to the Altamaha River and Savannah to Waynesboro Ga.In this area they gather Wildflower honey and Tupelo honey .B&G Honey is all pure raw honey that has not been pasteurized.We have a quality honey that is considered one of the best by our customers .
